Wifi Unstable RTL8192E/RTL8192SE Wireless LAN Controller HELP!

I installed xubuntu 18.04, and everything works perfectly except my wifi. My connection is connected and the internet is running. But after a while the internet doesn't work. Even though the wifi is still connected ... all Linux distributions are the same, my wifi never works, only can be work on windows... please help me !!! sorry for my bad english thank you:)

configuration: autonegotiation=on broadcast=yes driver=r8169 driverversion=2.3LK-NAPI duplex=half latency=0 link=no multicast=yes port=MII speed=10Mbit/s

Did you bother to type "RTL8192E" into the "Search on Ask Ubuntu" box at the top of the screen? Here, I did it for you. askubuntu.com/search?q=RTL8192E
