0 I understood the mathematical definition of frequency localization and space localization but I'm not clear pictorially,say for example in order to focus on movement of the hand in cricket we can focus on that particular movements if basis is space localized.But how does frequency localization play a role here? Or can anyone give a good example so that frequency localization will be clear at an application level.
