GRUB bootloader does not appear after set the default bios settings
I use Ubuntu dual boot with Windows. I recently set the default bios settings and grub bootloader does not appear at startup. Windows starts directly. I am able to use Windows Boot Manager screen to boot to Ubuntu or Windows 10 which appeared after I pressed F9 on my Hp Envy 13 laptop. But earlier I was using grub bootloader when I startup.

Open UEFI settings (UEFI is what replaces BIOS) and change the boot order back to Ubuntu. The reset changed it to Windows boot manager. It's that simple.
