CAN NOT INSTALL ORACLE JDK 11 : gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found

0

Good morning. Please i am trying to install oracle11 on my machine.I am running Deepin system(just like ubuntu in commands). I ran this in my terminal sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linuxuprising/java then got an error

gpg: key EA8CACC073C3DB2A: public key "Launchpad PPA for Linux Uprising" imported
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg: imported: 1
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

i have tried to solved this by entering the command:

` gpg --keyserver 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu.gpg --recv-keys EA8CACC073C3DB2A

gpt --export --armor EA8CACC073C3DB2A

gpt --keyserver 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu.gpg --recv-keys EA8CACC073C3DB2A` Then this was the result

gpg: keyserver receive failed: No data

Please what can i do to resolve the problem??
