After i click try Ubuntu without installing it will go to desktop successfully but my mouse and keyboard...
while i am flashing iso file into USB an error popup saying 1 file not flashed but the flashing completes..my laptop is acer nitro 5 and is new laptop!!

Welcome to Ask Ubuntu. When you boot the Ubuntu-install-media; you should see briefly in the boot process a black screen, with person-in-circle & keyboard type icons at the bottom of the screen. I'd suggest pressing <Space> at that time, which will cause a menu to appear and you can check-install-media integrity (I'm hoping the keyboard will work at this point; if it doesn't, I'd suggest checking your ubuntu-install-media on another system first). Telling us your version of Ubuntu allows us to be more precise in answering.

If you're using Windows to flash the .iso, use Rufus but if you're using Linux use UNetbootin if that doesn't work try other keyboards and mouse.
