Welcome to Ask Ubuntu. That is not an error, but a boot-loader asking you what to do. You might be better if you explain what you've done and how you got there? eg. if you get this on booting the cd expecting install-media did you verify your download? did you check install media. If you installed & then rebooted and got this ... etc. Providing more background as to what you did can help us help you.

Hey thanks for replying...actually m using win 10 pro this is the forst time m trying to install ubuntu in this machine but donno when i insert the cd containing ubuntu and choose udfe kind of of drop down i chose cd drive and i get this grub command screen.
