How to copy files from NTFS partition but ignore file permissions in Nautilus?

Recently, in a Reddit discussion I've asked why Nautilus doesn't behave like cp command, and someone's answer was because Nautilus ignores umask (also he/she maybe wrong).

I want to copy files from NTFS partition to my home folder, but the destination files shouldn't have kept the source file's permissions. I know I can use cp --no-preserve=mode command, but everyone can use my desktop, I cannot tell everyone: "hey body, use cp command, please don't use Nautilus for copying files!"

In another word, how to copy files from NTFS partition but ignore file permissions in Nautilus? the destination files' permissions should be the same as other files in my home folder.

Is there any solution (configuring something, using another GUI program, changing mount options or ...) to resolve this problem?
