How to Calculate Blau's Index with categories

I want to calculate age diversity with categories.
The categories are:
1= 25 until 35
2= 36 until 45
3= 46 until 55
4= 56 until 65
5= more than 65 years
please help me answer my question, I've been searched diversity with categories but I find nothing.
