I am wondering if there are any specifications detailing, at least roughly, how much better the power consumption of 18.10 is compared to older versions of Ubuntu.
Does anyone know where any tests and results are published that indicate this?
I am asking because I am considering converting a laptop from Ubuntu 18.04 to 18.10.
