Fresh Installed Ubuntu 18.04 gets stuck

0

My Ubuntu 18.04.01 LTS gets randomly stuck and I have to manually power off to get it going again.

The PC runs Gnome classic desktop if this is of importance.
Could someone possibly explain me where to check for the error?

Random stucked may have many possible causes. Note the exact time of a stucked, then check /var/log/syslog around that time. Defective hardware is a common cause - look up how to run MEMTEST on your RAM.

  • Hi daisy, i am mostly just using the browser and suddenly nor the mouse or keyboard is working. Since the morning it hasn't happened again so i could not jet note the time as previous comments suggested.
