Cannot install packages: unable to locate packages

I tried to install php with this command:



sudo apt -y install php-mbstring php php-zip php-xml php-common php-gd php-curl


but every time I got this error message (attached) which tells me Packages are unable to locate...



I also tried sudo apt-get install php and sudo apt-get install php7.0, but I got this error every time.
