イギリス人（イギリスじん、英語: British people）または、英国人（えいこくじん）は、イギリス（グレートブリテン及び北アイルランド連合王国）の国民である。イギリスは、イングランド、スコットランド、ウェールズ、北アイルランドの4つのカントリー(country)（イギリスのカントリー）によって構成される連合王国（立憲君主制国家）である。
国籍区分
イギリスの国籍法では、旧植民地関連の者も含め、自国民を次の六つの区分に分けている。
- GBR:British Citizen - イギリス市民
- 本国人（イングランド人、スコットランド人、ウェールズ人、北アイルランド人（People of Northern Ireland））。
- BOTC:British Overseas Territories citizen - イギリス海外領土市民
- イギリスの海外領土出身者。
- BOC:British Overseas Citizen - イギリス海外市民
- ギリシャ西岸の諸島・インド・パキスタン・マレーシアなどの旧植民地出身者のうち特殊な歴史的経緯のある者。
- GBS:British Subject - イギリス臣民
- アイルランド（北部以外のアイルランド共和国）やジブラルタルなど、上記のイギリス海外領土市民やイギリス海外市民とは別の経緯のある地域の住民で一定要件に該当する者。
- BNO:British National (Overseas) - イギリス国民（海外）※「BN(O)」とも書く。
- 英国国籍で、香港の住民権も持つ人。
- BPP:British Protected Person - イギリス保護民
