Failed to get GRUB
I have Xubuntu 16.04 installed on my laptop in dual boot with Win10.
Today I tried to update to Xubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Unfortunately the installation was interrupted by (hibernate system of windows and they ask to completely shutdown win10)
When I reboot I lost GRUB :/
please find by this link the boot-repair summary
I already tried the previous published solutions
dual-boot grub2

You have a new UEFI system, but both Windows & Ubuntu installed in the older BIOS/MBR configuration. Always boot in BIOS mode. But Windows 10 does not make it easy to dual boot in BIOS mode as it keeps turning on fast start up with updates. And then grub will not boot Windows. You will need to use your Windows repair disk to temporarily install the Windows boot loader to the MBR, fix Windows, then restore grub to MBR. With UEFI you could directly boot Windows to resolve issues. askubuntu.com/questions/843153/…
