Bluetooth on Ubuntu Bionic

Right now, I'm trying to use a Broadcom WPAN chip on a Dell Precision M4400. Every time I try to connect my headphones to it, it connects for 10ish seconds, then disconnects and just keeps doing that over and over. I've tried connecting to several different devices, all of them do the same thing.
I'm running Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS. Is this an issue with drivers?
