where to find and how to install tkinter for GUI with Python 3.6.7

I am very new to to the Linux and python world. I am trying to use tkinter to write some GUI codes for an assignment. It requires me to import it.



I used the command:
sudo aptitude install python3-tk



but it tells me that the sudo:aptitude command not found.



Please help. Thank you in advance.
