No Bluetooth intel AC 9260

0

Currently have an intel AC 9260 installed and when Ubuntu 18.10 kernel 4.20.4 boots I don't have an active bluetooth controller. Interestingly if i put my laptop to sleep and then wake it up, bluetooth works perfectly.
I'd like to get it to a point where bluetooth works straight after a freshboot.
