Ubuntu Stuck at Reloop login and boot screen
I have Problem with my Ubuntu.. when the Ubuntu goes to login. it's back to boot screen and back again to login.And unlimited reloop.I am sorry the picture is blur. because my camera is bad.

Last Text on Boot is
[ OK ] Started Disk Manager.er Script Dispacther Service ... proxy server ...p link was shut down...
and i cant open terminal by using hots keys alt + f7
