ReadyMedia (MiniDLNA) stops being visible on network after upgrade

0

I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 on Intel NUC. It's connected by cable to router.

After last sudo apt upgrade it's recognised on network only sometimes.

Other devices (Samsung 2014, Ubuntu, Windows 10, iPad) sometimes can connect to it, and sometimes they doesn't even see it as source.

Running service minidlna restart sometimes make server visible and accessible, but it's not reliable.

service minidlna status doesn't reveal any interesting details - it's up since last restart, running.

What diagnostics can I run to solve this issue?
