Can't boot HELP 18.04 [closed]

-1

After a power outage my computer failed to boot. I think it's HDD damage. Previously it tried to boot from LAN but I disabled it from booting. My specs: Radeon rx570 8gb gpu, Fx6300 (Stock clock speed), 8gb ddr3 1600, Cx450M PSU, and the motherboard is a microrock 760gm. For storage I am using a Seagate 2tb external exspansion drive. I have the drive partioned as /Dev/sda1 as active, /Dev/sda2 as swap, and /Dev/sda3 as home. Last time I had this issue I was able to boot into emergency mode where I ran 'fsck /Dev/sda3' any help is appreciated. Thank you
