Remote turn off/ Restart of Linux computers on a LAN

I'm new to ssh programming, I've managed to shutdown/restart One PC from another one using the ssh.I want to add all the PC's in LAN to do the same. Also i want to remove the password authentication,I don't know that Ι 'm doing it right, I've uploaded the image with this. -regards
