Problem occurred during upgrade in Ubuntu due to sudden power failure

Multi tool use
I was just upgrading my system form 16.04 to 18.04 and due to sudden power fail strange problem has occurred. After restarting blank screen appeared. And after that I run dpkg
followed by resume option in advance option for Ubuntu. Now it starts appearing a strange command and instructions on system, whenever I start and go in any of options that is Ubuntu or advance option for Ubuntu.
boot lubuntu partial-upgrade

What does "I run dpkg followed by resume option" mean? And exactly what happened when you did that?

It's run lots of command and then it appears login window for Ubuntu 18.04. And when I entered my id and password again it appears same login window. Then I go to advanced option and then recovery mode option and that what it appears now. Please help if you can. And thanks for considering it.
