命令（めいれい）



  • 一般には、上位の者が下位の者にあることをするように命じること。禁止を含むこともある。


  • 行政庁の定める制定法としての命令については、以下をそれぞれ参照。

    • 日本法における命令については命令 (法規)

    • フランス法における命令（règlement）については命令 (フランス法)

    • イギリス法等における命令（Statutory Instrument）については行政委任立法




  • 行政行為の命令（処分命令）については、行政行為#命令的行為参照。


  • 公務員が職務に関して上司から部下に下す命令（職務命令）。


  • 裁判の形式としての命令については、裁判#裁判の形式参照。
