cant build kwalletmanager using kdesrc-build

I am receiving the following errors when trying to build kwalletmanager using kdesrc-build kwalletmanager on kubuntu 18.10
Building kwalletmanager from kf5-workspace-utils (1/1)
No source update, but the module has failed to build 3 times in a row
Updating kwalletmanager (to branch master)
Source update complete for kwalletmanager: no files affected
Preparing build system for kwalletmanager.
Removing files in build directory for kwalletmanager
Old build system cleaned, starting new build system.
Running cmake...
Note: --- 16 --- compile warnings
kwalletmanager didn't build, stopping here.
Removing 1 out of 3 old log directories...
<<< PACKAGES FAILED TO BUILD >>>
kwalletmanager - ~/kde/src/log/2019-01-08-01/kwalletmanager/install.log
The following modules have failed to build 3 or more times in a row:
kwalletmanager
There is probably a local error causing this kind of consistent failure, it
is recommended to verify no issues on the system.
:-(
Your logs are saved in /home/gaurav-pant/kde/src/log/2019-01-08-01
Other applications are also displaying errors of some other kinds while building using similar method
