Retrieve the missing libraries
I am compiling emacs 26.1 on ubuntu 18.10
When run ./configure
Maybe some development libraries/packages are missing?
If you don't want to link with them give
--with-gnutls=no
as options to configure
I am not sure whether want to link with or not?
How could I get the missing package or liabrary?
