From where i learn following stuffs regarding Ubuntu? [on hold]

Multi tool use
I know this website is meant for solving problems related to Ubuntu and not for advice.
But i wonder from where people on this website get knowledge to solve the problems. For example many of the answers have some set of commands to solve the problem. From where they get to know these commands.
Is there some book, course related to this ?
Why i am asking this - I have found many problems on Ubuntu OS and almost all of them solved by answers on askUbuntu .But i want to make my self capable to solve those problems and help others. But i don't know how to learn to solve problem asked here because i never had any course related to that.
I am beginner in computer science with knowledge of few languages,DSA,OOP. .I am working on Ubuntu all the time from last one year.
My question is specific .For example Ubuntu 16.04 can't install any software has been asked .Now we see one user has answered it.Now from where people writing similar answer get idea- i mean just by experimenting random commands, reading some where , reading some book ...

One word: research. You read other people's answers, forums, documentation. Sometimes this is for your own projects, sometimes in order to answer a question on this site. Reading books helps; watching youtube videos, presentations from conventions and tech talks, too. Courses help with basics and tell you the tools, but reading answers, being corrected by peers, learning from mistakes - that's going to show you how to apply tools and learn a lot of corner cases and what is actually proper, real world way to do things

Talking about my personal experience, I always used Windows and thought Ubuntu is not my cup of tea. Then I started working on Ubuntu like my software development work and started liking Ubuntu and hating Windows. And coming to your question: where people on this website get knowledge to solve the problems?, I believe from their own problems. Reading about the problems of others and trying to reproduce and solve them. It all need curiosity I believe.
